Advance Warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00AM to 3:00PM.
Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per lb. surcharge.
DIRECT TO VENUE DELIVERIES: POV (personal owned vehicles) or company owned vehicles can unload from the street during designated move-in times only.
Monday, August 10, 2026 between 9AM-7PM & Tuesday August 11, 2026, between 7AM-10:30AM.
All shipments from any carrier (NO EXCEPTIONS) will NOT be accepted directly at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City and must be shipped to the advance warehouse. Any direct to venue shipment(s) from these carriers will be returned to sender or a re-route will be requested to have the shipment(s) unloaded at the advanced warehouse at the exhibitors' expense.
